Wall tiling is typically 5 000 – 9 000 Ft / m² and floor tiling 4 500 – 8 000 Ft / m². Mosaic and large-format tiles cost considerably more because the work is slower.
Are materials included?
No. Tiles, adhesive, grout and trims are separate. Allow around 10% extra for cutting waste.
How long does a bathroom take?
A 4 m² bathroom including strip-out, waterproofing and tiling typically takes 4–7 working days, partly because of curing times.
Do I need waterproofing under tiles?
Around showers and baths, yes — without a liquid membrane water gets into the wall structure. It adds roughly 3 000 – 6 000 Ft / m² and costs far less than fixing a leak later.
