No — credits are non-refundable once purchased, whether or not you have spent them. If a job posting turns out to be fraudulent or the customer's contact details were invalid, contact support: we review the case and can return the credit to your balance, which is not a money refund. Credits bought in the iOS app are sold through the App Store, so any refund request for those is handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy.

Yes. You can cancel a job at any time before you choose a pro. If you've already agreed a time, let the pro know as early as you can. Taskd doesn't charge a cancellation fee; any terms are between you and the pro.
