Is paint included in the price?
Usually not — the per-m² price is labour. Budget 30 000 – 80 000 Ft of paint for an average flat, and ask the quote to separate labour from materials.
How long does it take?
An empty studio takes 1–2 days; a 2–3 room flat 3–5 days if filling is needed. Furnished homes take longer because of moving and masking.
Do I need to clear the rooms?
Moving furniture to the middle and covering it is normally the painter's job, but you should remove fragile and personal items. Agree it in advance — it affects both time and price.
