Do they bring a van?
Most helpers provide muscle, not a vehicle. If you need transport, say so in the task so only people with a van apply and the quote includes mileage.
How many people do I need?
Two for a one-bedroom flat, three or four for a three-bedroom. On an upper floor without a lift, add one — time grows faster than the cost of an extra pair of hands.
What if something gets damaged?
Photograph valuable pieces before loading and agree the approach up front. Carrying fragile items yourself is the normal practice.
